For nearly 15 years, Ceiling Hoist Solutions has been a highly respected leader in the moving and handling sector of the healthcare industry.
Established in 1997 as a division of Linds Rehabilitation Equipment, CHS has played a leading role in creating awareness of overhead lifting systems in Australia. An Australian family owned business, Linds Rehab began back in 1965 as a company selling walking sticks. Almost half a century later, Linds Rehab has grown to become a very well known, experienced and respected supplier to the healthcare industry in Victoria, committed to providing quality equipment and service to health care professionals and users alike.
In 1997, we saw the need to provide a better solution for moving and handling, hence Ceiling Hoist Solutions. Ceiling hoists were a relatively new concept to the marketplace and at CHS, we saw these as the future for moving and handling. CHS provides complete lifiting and transfer solutions through carefully tailored systems to meet the immediate needs of both carers and patients while at the same time building in provision for future needs that may arise.
